Pax Christi Workshop (9-11) – Becoming Children of Peace

This Pax Christi peace-education workshop for children ages 9–11 teaches children to “become children of peace” through reflection, games, and guided discussion. It moves from identifying peace versus violence, to understanding inner emotions and needs, and then to practicing peaceful actions in family, school, and other daily settings.

The workshop uses a friendly facilitator, images, and characters to help children think about what peace means and how to build it in ordinary life. It emphasizes that peacemaking begins with self-awareness, emotional understanding, and respectful behavior toward others.
