“Manos a la Obra” – Being Artisans of Peace

Music has a unique way of bringing people together. It crosses languages, cultures, and borders, allowing us to express what words alone cannot always say.

Manos a la Obra is an invitation to raise our voices for peace—at home, in our schools and communities, and across our shared world. Created as part of the Artisans of Peace project, with the support of the Fundación Sofía Barat in Spain, this international song invites each of us to become an artisan of peace through song, joy, and unity.

We warmly invite schools, communities, groups, and individuals to discover the song, learn its melody and lyrics, and create their own version in their own language. Whether sung in a classroom, a parish, a community gathering, or among friends, every voice adds something beautiful to this shared song of peace.
